i found the room size good. the beds were quite comfortable. the bathroom was also a good size. the location was great because it was so close to the airport. the staff at check in were both helpful and friendly.

poor service long delay
the shuttle service was a nightmare i waited nearly two hours at the airport it's unacceptable especially after a long flight i raised a complaint but the staff didn't handle it well either this delay really soured my arrival experience the poor handling of the situation was equally frustrating

amazing breakfast perfect shuttle helpful staff
the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was a great start to the day! shuttle plans worked perfectly and i was back at the airport the next morning with time to spare because reception staff arranged it. the staff at breakfast were super nice and very helpful!
the room seemed to have a small light issue.

low pressure noisy air conditioning
the room was great for a quick stay before my flight.
I was quite disappointed though. the shower had very low water pressure!). also, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It kept cycling on and off throughout the night, disrupting my sleep.
